Have seen quite a few of these in the garden in the past few weeks. At first glance I thought they were small monarchs. Can someone confirm please that it is an admiral.

how exciting is that. Going to research nettle. It is a teeny garden here and I am picking it is perhaps a prickly plant. But I am trying to grow creatively in vertical spaces so I am bound to find a way to do so.

Very exciting as I have been seeing these guys for a few weeks now. There must be something close by they are liking

Yes indeed, he is a yellow admiral. Now all you need is some nettle and you can start breeding them. Good luck.
