If you don’t get a better offer, I can send you a bundle of 20-30 swan plant seedlings, about 200mm tall, for $15. Payment would need to be made up front to the MBNZT:

On arrival you can put them into a vase of water, let the caterpillars feed on the leaves, and then plant out what’s left. If you can send through a screenshot of the payment by email to jacqui@monarch.org.nz I should be able to get them away tomorrow by overnight courier.
