New Users – can't post messages?

    Hi, especially a welcome to new users.

    There seems to be a glitch on the site at present and new users are unable to post messages. It seems to affect only those who have registered recently.

    Please hang in there – hopefully this will be solved tonight (Monday night).

    I tried yesterday but the ‘sighting’ report would not accept my E-mail addy. Is that the glitch?
