For three night in a row we have had our caterpillar population decasated by
A predator, it has knocked branches off and pots over. It leaves noting, all caterpillar gone as well as chrysalis. Some eggs remain and we are keeping indoors now..but what could had caused this devastation. We live in Bombay Auckland close to the bush; we thought maybe possums but no sign it was them, so thinking nocturnal birds?? Please help

Could be hedgehogs – I had 30 chrysalides taken one night by them, also maybe mice or rats?
