I had the opportunity to save a very large milkweed. Its about 4 meters tall. I dug it up very carefully to protect the roots and have replanted it. Has anyone transplanted large plants before? Do they survive?

BTW – if it’s not too late – any branches you prune off, stick them in the ground too, they may well grow.

They are in the ground so will be interesting to see how they go. Sheep pellets and slow released fert added

They can do, Dane. I suggest that you prune it back hard, cutting off any dead branches altogether. Feed it well too.
