It’s the beginning of a new year for the Monarch Butterfly NZ Trust, and time to renew your subscription. If you renew promptly (or join) you GO INTO THE LUCKY DRAW FOR SOME GREAT PRIZES – SIX of them. So please tell your friends, fans, family and whanau that now is a great time to join us. And don’t forget your local school, they’re invited to join too and get involved in our educational projects.

    Winter butterflies need nectar


    This newsletter – out today – has some great ideas on what our nectarbutterflies need during the cold winter months. There’s an article on how you can encourage our coppers and blues in your gardens or habitat. A profile of one of our more southern members… and much, much more. It’s a great read, curl up somewhere warm and take a read. For those of you who have taken out an email subscription, the password remains the same. But don’t forget, to renew your subscription so you can read the Spring issue in a few month’s time.
