Feeds on ripening white clover seeds and makes a silken case in a floret. Leaves the seedhead once fully fed and deposits a case on the ground.

Adult/Imago
Antennae dark near base, ringed black and white beyond. October to March. Flies by day in sunshine. Attracted to light at night.
